There are many levels of meeting for members.
- Members have 8 scheduled Club Meetings
- The Board of Managers meet at least 8 times per year or more frequently as needed
- Committees and project groups meet as they need between the scheduled sessions
- The club will schedule pop-up social opportunities that are discussed at the Club Meetings
- All members are asked to participate in club fundraisers to the extent possible – details at the Club Meetings
