Appointments are strongly recommended, but walk-ins are welcome. Options for scheduling a donor appointment are to call Luann at (414) 916-9650 or the BCW itself at 1-877-BEAHERO and ask for the Muskego Community drive on one of the dates below. An appointment for these upcoming blood drives is as simple as selecting the link below. (Please be aware the 2026 links will become active about 2 months before the donation date.)
The BCW is the sole provider of blood for all hospitals in SE Wisconsin; and, therefore, it relies very heavily on local blood drives like ours. Refreshments are always provided, courtesy of the BCW and the City of Muskego. Additionally, each attempting donor receives a coupon for a free pint of custard courtesy of Culver’s of Muskego.
